Restriction of Hazardous Substances
As a manufacturer of sealing components for various industries, Fusheng Rubber Products must comply with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) European environmental directive that will impact all Fusheng Rubber's customers who supply to the European Union member countries. Furthermore, our compliance to the China Rohs 2 legislation SJ/T 11364-2014 for our customer in China.
After review, Fusheng Rubber Products declares that to the best of our knowledge none of the following substances are used or intentionally added in the manufacturing of our parts: PBB's, PPBE's, PBD's or PBDE's Brominated Dioxins, Brominated Furans, PVC, Chlorinated Paraffin, Antimony Compounds, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, Lead, Mercury and their compounds. We further more include that phthalates DEHP, BBP, DBP, and DIBP are also not intentionally added.
Therefore Fusheng Rubber Products is confident that the levels of restricted materials are below the limits established by WEEE/Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (2012/19/EU) and RoHS(2)(3)/Directive on the Restriction of use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment (2011/65/EU and 2015/863/EU) and are in compliance too. In addition to, no PFOS per EU Directive 2006/122/EC and decaBDE are intentionally added to our products. No exemptions were used in order to become EU-RoHS Compliant. We also are in compliance to China RoHS 2 legislation SJ/T 11364-2014.
