Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after order confirmation and payment verification. Custom or prototype orders may require additional lead time depending on mold design and production complexity. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery We ship internationally via trusted freight and courier partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea freight for bulk orders):

Standard Air Freight: 7 – 15 business days (North America) / 10 – 20 business days (Europe)
Express Courier: 5 – 7 business days
Sea Freight (bulk/large orders): 30 – 45 business days (depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination country, and selected shipping method. Final shipping fees will be confirmed in your quotation or at checkout. For large-volume or recurring orders, please contact us directly for freight negotiation and consolidated shipping options.

International Shipping & Customs FUSHENG RUBBER ships worldwide. The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable in the destination country. We provide full commercial documentation including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (upon request), and Material Safety Data Sheet / RoHS/REACH compliance documents (upon request).

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fsrubberdesign@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
